Pre-Opening Management Health Integration Partners provides ongoing management for the project from the point of board approval through the six months after opening. The work performed during this time frame includes:
Input on facility design from a cost and function standpoint
Development of the organizational chart, and how this venture may best fit within the organization
Ongoing development of clinical services integration into the programming of the facility
Ongoing fiscal review of the project from building, equipment and operations
Selection and management of capital equipment for the services within the facility
National and local recruitment of the management team
Hiring and selection of the management team with the healthcare provider
Creation of the monthly operations budget and measures of success
Identification and oversight of the human resource, information technology and financial management of the project with the owners
Direction of public relations, communications, marketing and sales for the facility during pre-opening and operations
Providing national contracting discounts for some of the major equipment for the facility
Provision of all operating manuals dealing with human resources, job descriptions, operations of the facility, management reporting of all indicators, financial management and outcome measurements
Identification of the information technology for the fitness and rehabilitation services equipment necessary to provide feedback to the member and in some cases, the referring physician and/or employer
Input on pros and cons of for-profit and not-for -profit status
