A report of the findings is provided, with recommendations of action plans and expected results. This service is provided on a per diem or retainer method.

Benchmarking from our database is used to help the Health System or physician group ascertain how their facility operations are doing in comparison to others. Health Integration Partners provides reliable data with measurable objectives for improvement in the financial and operational aspects of the service. Action plans are presented that can be followed by administration.
