Health Integration Partners is led by the managing principal; G. Curt Meyer, FACHE. FAACVPR. Curt has worked in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, Physical rehabilitation and disease management for the past 26 years. He is known nationally for his work in these fields and participates on a number of national organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and the Medical Fitness Association. He is the current Treasurer of the American Association of cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation (AACVPR) He is the Past- President of the Great Lakes Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He has had direct operations responsibilities for large hospital based rehabilitation and wellness centers as a director and as the Chief Executive Officer of a Rehabilitation hospital.

The support staff for the company includes 10 individuals that work in the field of ambulatory care; several of them at facilities opened and operated as part of the Health Integration Partner team. The staff provides specialized financial analysis, operations expertise and planning to help make each project successful. These members are certified public accountants, administrators, managers of facilities, plant operations specialists and program specialists. Curt and the team provides a balance of clinical and administrative input to Health Systems and medical groups in the design and operations of clinically integrated medical wellness and rehabilitation facilities.
